Sales -  We pride ourselves in offering to all our customers a personal service backed by over 55 years of experience that includes visits to your offices, arranging demonstrations and trials and generally ensuring that the machine you purchase is the most suitable for your requirements.

Machinery servicing - we can either arrange a regular service contract for your machines, as often as you like, or we can service them when called upon to do so.

Machine moves - if you need your machines moved around your factory or even dismantled and reinstalled at a new site we have the experience and expertise to do this. We are able to supply the engineers, arrange the lifting equipment and also the transport.

Spares department - we hold many spare parts in stock in Wembley and also many spares are carried by our engineers in their vans should they found to be required during a service or repair visit.

Technical support - most problems can be answered by ourselves here in the UK. You can always call us at the office or our engineers on their mobiles and will be more than happy to attempt to get your machine going by talking you through the various things to check. This will nearly always get the machines running or if not we will then know what spares are required and have them shipped to you overnight. Alternatively all our suppliers have their own technical staff who are there to assist you.
